Originally from Queens, Dr. Eghbali graduated from New York University before earning his dental degree at Stony Brook University. Immediately after leaving school, he completed a two-year General Practice Residency, during which he served as Chief Resident. Today, he stays on top of the latest advancements in dentistry through his memberships in the American Dental Association and the New York State Dental Association.
For Dr. Eghbali, dentistry isn’t about taking care of teeth, but taking care of people! Everyone’s needs are unique, and he always strives to provide extremely personalized care that is perfectly suited to someone’s goals. His hope is that his patients enjoy their experience with him as much as their results.
When Dr. Eghbali is not practicing dentistry, he likes to spend most of his free time with his wife, daughter and three boys. He also loves to do anything that lets him get outdoors, particularly cycling.

Known for her gentle touch, attention to detail, and warm personality, Lauren has built lasting relationships with generations of patients—many of whom see her as part of their family.
Her loyalty and dedication to our practice have been instrumental in shaping the caring, community-focused environment our patients love. Lauren takes pride in helping every patient feel comfortable and confident during their visits, ensuring each smile receives the care it deserves.
Outside of the office, Lauren enjoys spending quality time with her nieces and nephews, creating cherished memories with the people who mean the most to her.

Zev Lazarus, D.M.D is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. Prior to
attending the Harvard University School of Dental Medicine to receive his Doctorate of
Dental Medicine, Dr. Lazarus received an honors degree in biology from Touro
University. This helped him develop a passion for biological sciences, which he carried
through Dental school, focusing on the microbiology and immunology of Periodontal
Disease. The American Academy of Periodontology recognized him with an award for
excellence in Periodontology as a dental student.
He continued his post-graduate education at Stony Brook University School of Dental
Medicine, where he received specialty training in all aspects of Periodontics and Dental
Implant Surgery and received his Certificate in Periodontics.
Patient-Centered Philosophy
While being enthusiastic about the biological aspects of Periodontology, Dr. Lazarus
enjoys the human aspects of his specialty even more. He strives to pay careful attention
to each patient as a unique individual and tailors his treatment to each distinctive need.
He enjoys meeting, getting to know, and learning from each and every patient.
Life Outside the Practice
When he is not practicing dentistry, Dr. Lazarus can be found spending time with his
family. They enjoy exploring nature together, discovering fresh mountain vistas and
thundering waterfalls. They enjoy baking homemade bread and delicious cakes, as it
beats the alternative to doing homework..
